This is a recipe for a low-carb bacon cheeseburger skillet that is ideal for anyone who is trying the keto diet, which is typically strict.
Keto, while proven to be an effective diet in reaching various goals, is also extremely difficult to stay consistent with. Having a carb-free diet can be painful, but there are some hacks available to make it more enjoyable while still staying true to the diet. Ingredients
● 2 lbs of ground beef
● 2 cloves of minced garlic
● 1 cup of chopped onions
● 4 eggs
● 1 cup of whipping cream
● 1 tablespoon of mustard
● 1 cup of shredded cheese (any kind)
● 2 teaspoons of worcester sauce
● 1 pound of bacon (cut into bits)
● Salt and Pepper
● Optional: pickles
Instructions
1. Preheat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Place the 2 lbs of ground beef into the skillet with medium to medium-high heat
3. Add garlic cloves, chopped onion and salt and pepper to the ground beef in a skillet. Cut the ground beef into chunks using a spatula
4. Take Skillet off the oven or turn heat off
5. In a separate bowl, mix the 4 eggs, shredded cheese, whipping cream and the mustard together
6. Pour the ground beef mix from skillet into a baking dish
7. Pour the bacon bits into the baking dish
8. Pour the liquid mixture of eggs and cheese onto the ground beef in the dish
9. Put more cheese on top as it continues to bake for the next 15 minutes (or whenever the cheese starts to bubble)

This dish is highly enjoyable and takes out arguably the worst part of a burger health-wise, which is the bun. It is fun and quite simple to make and will taste delicious.
